Welcome to St. Stephen ECD & Preschool, located in South St. Louis City, Missouri. Our Little School is an asthma and allergy friendly place for children between the ages of 2 1/2 to 5. We provide a safe and secure environment - free from trigger foods known to cause allergic reactions. Open to all children of preschool age since 2002, we are the only preschool in the area designed specifically for children with asthma and allergy related health issues.
